"There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, but I had a great experience. My camera and lens is "grey market" but I bought it for about the cost of purchasing a used setup. I may not get a warranty, but the used one would not have had one anyway.
I never received a shipping confirmation, so I called and a gentleman answered and said I should received it that day. Shipping from Brooklyn to PA took about 3-4 days total. I need lenses and I may use this company again. "

"Never did get a confirming email for the order although it said so on their website as soon as the order went through I would. Even after I called them two days later and a man then told me that as soon as it ships I'll get a confirming email from the shipper. That didn't happen either. And yes I checked my spam folder.
Otherwise the order was easy, I did save money by not using Amazon prime, and it did ship for free."
