"Ordering was a breeze, I ordered an 800D camera body. They called me the next day (ordered late at night on new years day) and to let me know that this was for the camera body only, and just to make sure that I knew there would be no lens with the camera. I was impressed and happy to get the call, I only needed the camera body as I was upgrading a 2004 rebel camera, but knew that I wanted to do business with them since they went out of their way to let me know just in case!
That is customer service! I highly recommend them and will be purchasing again for sure! Oh and it was supposed to deliver on Monday, it came Saturday!!! FAST shipping!"

I received the package/camera on 1-3-2020. the outer box look like it had been kicked around. it was crushed on one corner (have pictures). The inner box that holds the camera was also crushed in-ward (on the camera side ). the box was of a thinner cardboard that one would not expect to ship a expensive piece of equipment in. i have let the camera and battery sit for 24 hours to warn up to normal temperature . it will be tested today 1-4-2020.
