The total was $155.00 They received my order and graded them and sent me a revised total which was higher then the original amount. the new total was $161.00 They send me an email asking if I am willing to accept the new total I agree and say yes . So I am expecting my money its been 5 business days . And they send me another message saying that not all my items where in mint condition. and they are reducing my total to $24.00. I am so **** . This bull ****. I even seen the new invoice and the grades of each card. But now my cards have suddenly degraded in just a few days. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY GET BURNT. AND SO WILL YOUR CARDS. "
"I ordered cards from them since Sept 30, 2017 and until Nov 12, 2017 I still never receive these cards. Wrote to them before a couple of times and they did replied promptly and told me to wait until Nov 11. So i waited again and again and finally Nov 11 passed and still no sight of the cards, I wrote back to them yesterday and they did not reply as promptly as ever. I dont know what to do and I spent $374 on the first batch of cards. Anyone can advise?"
"I was pretty sceptic about shopping on Troll and Toad after reading a lot of those reviews, specially the ones complaing about single cards quality, but i decided to give them a chance since their eBay rating are actualy good.
I bought around $50 in single cards with them. If you spend more than $25, you get free shipping within the US. It's a good atractive. The cards arrived 2 days after purchase and well packed. Some reviews complain about shipping time taking too long and their website also informs that it may take several days for your itens to be shipped, but everything went fine in my case. I only bought cards sold directly from T&T, so maybe if you also buy some cards fullfilled by T&T and sold by a partner, they are shipped to T&T and, only then, your order will be shipped to you. Not sure if it works that way.

I'm not a **** collector to want cards that will get graded PSA10, but i'm quite demanding when it comes to card conditions. All cards i ordered were Near Mint condition.
Yeah, you will not get PSA10 cards, but nothing bad either. A few cards have minor noticeable scratches, little scuffs or dirt points, but no big deal. Still way better than the concept of Near Mint from most sellers that i've dealt, on eBay or here in Brazil. Like i said, just a few cards with noticeable imperfections, most of them, specially the most expensive of the lot are in awesome condition.

It wasn't all perfect in the end. I've ordered an Ultra rare Stardust Dragon from Legendary Collection 5D's, but theres also a Common Stardust with the same card code in that collection. Guess what? I've received the cheaper Common version instead of the Ultra Rare that i've paid for. The order were sent to a friend of mine that would deliver the cards to me alongside other stuffs, so i couldn't check it out right away. I only saw the wrong Stardust 7 days after received. After contacting T&T, even 1 day after the returning time limit, they still accepted the request and recognized theyr mistake, but since the ultra rare version was no longer in stock at that time they offered a full refund and let me keep the common version i've received. Of course, i'm still upset since i needed an Ultra rare version, not the Common, and now that it is back in stock, it is more expensive than before.
Service: Not 100% satisfied, but almost. The post sale service is really concerned with cliente satisfaction.
Overall, im very pleased.
I recommend Troll and Toad if you want single cards in good condition, great prices and a reliable post sale service!"
"When I found the site, I was completely skeptical of their sell service. I had imputed my cards 255 rare cards and came up with a payoff offer just above a grand.
I read the instructions and rules EXTREMELY carefully and spent a great deal of time sitting on the question of whether to send my cards in or not. At one point I emailed their staff to ask about their no sleeve policy.
After reading reviews on other sites and forums I decided to pull the trigger. I spent a lot of time packing the cards carefully given their instructions. I shipped off the cards as soon as I could to keep within their timeline.
Altogether the packaged arrived at their facility on Friday, I had money in my Paypal the very next Friday. Troll and Toad paid me the original offer which was 1251.91, which surprised me. During this time the only updates on all of the process was the status on my account on the Troll and Toad website.

"In spite of all of the negative reviews I have seen about Troll and Toad, I decided to give them a chance. They appeared to have a great selection and mostly fair pricing. The results were far less than satisfactory.
I have placed two orders with Troll and Toad. The first order was a fairly large order, which took a long time to ship. It took a few days to process the order, and when it finally said "shipped" I decided to look up the tracking number it turned out the post office had not even received the order yet. It finally shipped two days later (a full five days after placing the order) and took another week or so to arrive. When I looked through my order I realized I was sent an incorrect card. The card I was sent was a common card with a different name, valued at roughly 25 to 50 cents, while the missing card was a holographic card worth about $6.25. I figured because it was a large order, it had simply taken a while to process and a simply mistake was made. They sent me the correct card, which took about the same amount of time as the first order it terms of processing and shipping. All in all, it took almost a month to receive everything I had ordered.
The second time I ordered from TnT, the order was much smaller. Again, it took several days to even process the order, and a few more days after it said "shipped" to actually reach the post office. I was again sent an incorrect card; I ordered two copies of a holographic card and was sent a completely and unmistakably different card, again with significantly less value. After raising hell about it I was able to have the correct card expedited but it still took almost an extra week.
During the span of my orders, a friend of mine ordered a box set of Yu-Gi-Oh cards with somewhere around 20 packs. For those of you unfamiliar with Yu-Gi-Oh, their packs guarantee at least a basic rare with the chance for a super rare, ultra rare, or secret rare. Buying a booster box essentially guarantees a few ultra and super rares with an outside chance at a secret rare. When he received it, the plastic film appeared to have been removed and re-replaced (it clearly was not the manufacturer's seal) and he did not receive a single card above basic rare value. The sheer probability of such a thing is so unlikely that it led us both to believe they engage in a process known as pack skimming, where a company buys multiple boxes, weighs the packs (the slightly heavier packs usually have the holographic and rarer cards), then open those packs to make money on the singles, while repackaging the rest and trying to make the box appear unopened.
All in all, every part of our ordering has been a terrible experience. Your order will take almost a week to ship, and if you're lucky, it will be correct when it arrives. I wouldn't even bother ordering anything but singles due to their potentially shady practices. Don't be tempted by their massive selection; you are better off ordering what you need from different vendors, bargain hunting on ebay, or checking out your local card shops. It is simply not worth the hassle.

"I placed an order 2 weeks ago with shipping that was suppose to take 5 business days but after 10 business days of waiting I contacted them and they stated that my shipping is suppose to take 20-40 days which is not the shipping I had signed up for even though they stated the 5 day shipping in my order confirmation . This has left me feeling like I'm not going to get my package and they refuse to give me a tracking number for my order even though they said they have already shipped it. "I collect and play older formats of the pokémon trading card game, and I can say that troll and toad is second to none when it comes to availability and pricing of older cards. For example, a card that is $4.40 on other major sites will be $2.99 for a comparable condition. These prices really add up.
Yes, shipping is a little bit slow, but that is because I do not think they keep the cards on-site. Their prices can be a little higher than other sites, but by no means unreasonable. I will keep purchasing from them as long as I keep collecting cards in this way"
"I made several purchases of cards from these folks and (everything with one exception) arrived as advertised. I then placed an order of close to $180 of Pokemon boxes, tins, and blister packs. The boxes arrived with very suspicious glue spread on the flaps (I have never seen anything like this on hundreds of boxes we bought or looked at in stores). I contacted them and they did not bother to reply. We now opened 17 booster packs from this order and we did not get even one single holo rare, ultra rare, or full art in them. This is so implausible statistically that I am convinced the products sold by these folks are tampered with. We won't buy anything from them again.
Update: we now opened 10 more booster packs from the boxes received from these folks, and nwe did not get even one holo rare. That makes it 27 packs with not one single holo card - it would be incredibly unlikely for that to happen by chance."
"Both of my kids were ripped off by these losers. While my oldest son was only slightly peeved to see his offer drop from $45 to $25, my youngest was very upset to receive $77 on a $177 offer. You will be quoted a nice, high price and then they will rationalize the price to about 35-40%, using very subjective reasoning. You could take a new card out of the pack, put it in glass, and they woukd rate it good or fair. It seems to be their business model, and I am sure they profit nicely. But it isn't an honest way of doing business. "

"I've seen a lot of negative reviews about TrollandToad, at least from the eBay side of the house and I wanted to toss my review out there, as it is in stark contrast to most of what I've read other's say about them. -- It is nearing the end of July 2016 and I've now placed 3 orders (totaling about $95) with TrollandToad directly through their site (not eBay). I haven't purchased any holographic cards from them, but I feel very strongly as though all of the "Near Mint" cards that I've bought have been on the upper end of Near Mint, borderline Mint. I have yet to receive a questionably graded card and have been pleased with the quality of the cards I've received so far. Their prices are reasonable and I usually receive my order after about 1 week of placing it. -- Additionally, I haven't dealt directly with any of their staff, but in the latest order one of the cards I ordered ended up being out of stock. I received an e-mail before the order shipped stating that was the case and that the card would be refunded, while the rest of the order shipped with no problem. -- I would certainly buy from TrollandToad again and would recommend them to a friend."
"I ordered 2 dungeons and dragons mini's that are 13 years old and 2 that were 9 years old. They all came in absolutely beautiful shape, even the one I ordered without a card came with one. I also ordered with standard shipping and got package in 7 days from order exactly, and it was first class mail. Any bad reviews on cards are because people cannot read the troll and toad condition ratings section on cards. The miniatures cards I received are in brand new condition. I plan to buy more mini's in the future from troll and toad. "
