"Ordering process took way longer than it should have and took forever to get in touch with someone to get the correct information. After that I waited until i called back 2 days later to get the invoice, along with a contact email to provide information on the trophy. Shipping was quick which was a plus but when i opened the box the base and the top portion of the trophy were crooked and off centered all the way to the right corner of the base. When called to get in contact about the condition of the trophy, i got attitude from the person on the phone followed by "send me a picture so i can see if youre able to fix it", followed by waiting another day to receieve an email. All in all, I WILL NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL OR AGAIN. "
