"The process is easy but all of the additional add on costs make it difficult to figure out what your actual cost per medal is. Also, I tried to call customer service to verify that I can get my medals in time and I sat on hold forever and was asked to leave a message for someone to call back at their convenience. Not exactly convenient for your customers. I am praying that my medals make it on time for our team party and correct."
