"Trophy Depot has a great selection of medals that I was able to choose from. I purchased for 2 different wrestling tournaments we are hosting this year and ordered 2 different styles with different engravings. The whole process was easy. My only issue is the whole advertising thing of "FREE" shipping on orders over $95.00, but then when you are checking out, I discovered that there would be a shipping charge of $11.00 because of my paying with a Purchase Order. I feel like this is a little bit of a bait and switch tactic, and I don't like to do business with companies that pull this type of behavior. However, with that being said, they did have the cheapest prices I could find online. I have not seen the product yet, but if it is what I expect it to be, I will definitely order through them again if they continue to provide the best deal. "

"I placed an order and realized I needed more of the product than what was ordered. I called within 24 hours as the additional products alone would not qualify me for free shipping (but the order I had placed less than 24 hours earlier did). I was ordering the exact same product with same engraving.

I have ordered multiple times a year from this company for the past 3 years. I explained how I am a loyal customer and have a limited budget as a government entity if there was anyway they could help with the free shipping. My other order had not shipped yet so they could just hold it and ship it all together.

They said sorry. Would not offer any sort of assistance. They said people call and try to add on all the time it doesn't matter there is nothing they can do I have to place a new order and pay for shipping.

This was really bad customer service. I would rather pay a few dollars more to a local business than order online again from this company that does not appreciate its customers. "
