"They did not respond to my email question, and then they did not ship in the 24 hours guaranteed ( 3 days actual) and I had listed my event date as 2 days before my actual event to make certain I received my awards, yet they shipped late and did not ship per the 2 days shipping so my awards were not to be delivered until 3 days after the actual event and I called to complain and then the awards never even arrived. It looks like they called UPS and had them return the awards to them after my call complaining that the awards did not show up by the event date. I never received them and could not even mail the awards to the participants after the event. I do not recommend risking your event on this company."
