"Well we order trophies and medals from this company 4 out of 5 boxes where delivered. We called about the 5th package and they said nothing we can do call UPS. We called ups we put in a lost request called the company back several times trying to have them send trophies to us but no one would call us back called several times trying to get a supervisor and they always say the supervisor is out. Called again today to let them know ups found the package and was shipping it back to them and know one even cared about the package and wants us to have to pay for a restocking fee absolutely horrible customer service I truly believe in giving a company a chance to fix the problem but this company won't return our calls doesn't' care about us at all.
