"I love your trophies but in the past I did not receive my order on the delivery date specified even though I paid the extra fees to get here to my destination. I had to give the kids a picture of there trophy at the party and later delivered to there home. I don't think it was your fault but UPS held the order in Los Angeles an extra day therefore it did not get to my Santa Maria location until a Sunday which they do not deliver on Sundays. "
