I run several organizations that provide hundreds of awards each year and I'm hoping that we have found a new place to order our items from. The only disappointing issue I had with Trophy Depot is that I wanted to confirm shipping and delivery and waiting on hold for a very long time. Then instead of getting to talk to someone, a message gives me only one option to leave a message. Of course, I did and it's been more than two hours and I'm still waiting. I hope a poor customer service response is not an indication of the quality or service I'll be receiving!"
