"I used this site in previous years for our awards banquet and I was happy with the entire experience so I decided to try it again and just like the last times, I've had a great experience. It is fun to go through all of the options and designs and the possibilities are endless when it comes to awards. They truly have it all under one roof basically. And they have very high end products but they also have products with prices for the more low budget teams and groups with the same wonderful quality and creativity. The site is easy to use and it's worth just checking out all of the options even if you don't need that particular item because it might spark an idea for other ways to go with your awards. The only thing I struggled with was trying to save multiple carts and have certain items separate without removing them and starting over. I had already done all our award details for our banquet which is in a month but came across a dog tag I wanted to order for them now before they go to their sections meet that had their name and good luck at sections '18 engraved on the back but once I finished the engraving details on that, I couldn't get it by itself without erasing the awards I had spent 3 hours making which was frustrating. But somehow I got a fresh cart and did the dog tags and my old stuff is still saved. I'm sure there are ways to get around the site to do it and I could have called a support member but the problem fixed itself. :) I am so excited to hand our awards out because they look impressive and expensive but they're actually in our budget which is pretty low. The shipping costs for immediate arrival dates are a bit more than I can do, but as long as I get everything ordered soon enough, we should be alright with timing. Thanks Trophy Depot. -TDT"
