"I called this morning to inquire about a military discount code, and was told there was not one. So, your rep was extremely kind and gave me a code to use. Unfortunately it did not work. I called back, and got another rep, who was also extremely friendly. She gave me a code, and stayed on the line with me to make sure it worked. Phenomenal customer service, thank you!
My only complaint was the shipping. There was not a listing for "general shipping" which should have been far less expensive than $15 (for those of us who do not have to have it here immediately). Just a thought!"
