"As we are a Public Library with a reading program, we wish it were easier to find Reading Awards as we have both a Teen and Youth Reader of the Year. We always end up using the lamp of knowledge. This year we were at least impressed with the medal selection. However, there are no certificates that acknowledge reading excellence. We have been giving a trophy for quite a few years and have switched to this company 3 years ago. We have been more than pleased with the products we received and were even more impressed with the fact that last year one of the resin trophies arrived chipped and they immediately sent out a new one and had it to us before the presentation date. "

"When purchasing trophies and medals, the site automatically added three more orders. For example, when I wanted to buy 14 medals each of gold, silver and bronze, the site changed it to ordering 42 medals of each. I had to go back and undo everything each time I tried to save the cart for future use. If a customer wasn't paying attention they would have paid nearly $600 for a $175 order. "
