"I am a busy business owner who gets multiple emails from you folks all year long. I only order my trophies about this time. I decided to check one of your emails and it was a discount that expired yesterday. That was a bummer so I phoned your 800 number to speak to a customer service rep to basically get an extension if possible. If the call is recorded, you should listen to it. One would think I was speaking another language when I asked her if she could do something. Finally, she put me on hold and came back and said there was nothing she could do. Hmmm. Did not buy that. I then went on line to place my order and saw a chat room. When in and Beth chatted with me and go me a small, but appreciated discount. In my opinion, that other rep needs to be coached. I told her my girlfriend wanted me to go to another manufacturer and that I wanted to stay with you guys if they could just get me a discount like the one that expired yesterday. Again, one would have thought I was speaking another language and/or requesting the Holy Grail. I was not kidding about the other company. That rep almost cost you a customer."
