I called customer support to ask if they can waive the shipping charge for a 2nd order since I made a mistake in my first order which totaled over $300. My 2nd order was for only 2 trophies so I was hoping to get a consideration for waiving the shipping charge since the orders were only made hours apart. It was going to the same address, They can't give me this consideration? "
