"Customer service rates just a 3/5 because I called to reorder these a couple months ago and was told that they weren't in stock and there was no ETA on them being in stock again. I would have hoped that I could have spoken with someone that could advise if they were to be discontinued, or offer to let me know when they were available again. I asked to be escalated to a manager that might be able to look into it and was refused my request. I didn't have enough medals from my event last year as I didn't anticipate having multiple silver winners, etc, and my attendants were upset and needed an ETA on the reorder. I could have lost return business for the next year's competition as a result. It's not lower than 3/5 because my previous workings with Brandon who processed my order the first time was very pleasant."
