"We ordered as usual this past May and the last trophy we had was on page 6 and it got left out of the order. It was paid for along with the other trophies but I had went out of town immediately after our program and did not have the order number or info that I needed to make the call. I did call twice during the summer to try and resolve this matter and both times I was told that we would get a call or email from a manager or someone to see if it would be honored to have this trophy engraved and shipped. Now it has been many weeks and still no word from you guys and this student is still asking where their trophy is at. We have submitted this order today and sadly have to pay big bucks to have one item shipped. How sad!!!
We honestly do not know if we will be using Trophy Depot for future purchases. Mostly because one ever called or emailed back to help us reach a solution. "
