"I love Tropical Traditions. I use their Coconut oil, Coconut Flour and Coconut Cream Concentrate.

The Coconut Oil is fantastic as a substitute for butter when I bake bread, cookies and other goodies.

Coconut flour is great a a thickener in sauces and gravies. I also substitute some of my regular flour with coconut flour in my baked good. It is a really good source of fiber.

The Coconut Cream Concentrate is just flat out yummy. I add it to coffee, and baked goods. My favorite way to eat it is by the spoonful for a healthful treat.

Tropical Traditions has great sales with helps in these tough economical times. It's nice to buy from a company that puts so much love into their product."
