I also did not get my 5% discount off the merchandize as promoted at the start of the shopping, it was never reflected in the final bill. I would prefer to shop through a direct supply house such as TruTech tools instead of always going through to Amazon. How can you argue with their service. Some of the packaged promotions are not real deals. You need to now your pricing. You would think that by buying in bulk or a packaged deal it should be reflective in the price. It is not a better price. "
