"I ordered several led strobe lights. Upon opening the package, it was obvious that one of the light had previously been used since the wire was cut, twisted and some of the insulation damaged. I contacted them and they immediately replaced it. However, they sent a different color. I emailed them at the same email as I had used for the used light and never got a reply. I emailed a second time and also no reply. I’ll find another supplier when I need more."

"I ordered a chain but instead of sending me a domestic chain, they sent me an imported chain. I had to pay for another chain but they sent one with the wrong hooks as pictured. So I ended up returning both chains and it greatly delayed me in getting the correct another chain from another company. Customer Service wasn't too good I thought and no one apologized as I recall."

"Mostly have everything a company needs. Very slow in getting merchandise to customers inside the store. It probably would be a better option to order online or if you’re a business like mine you need products right away to service your contracts or contracts . if your job is time sensitive. You will have to try another vendor. look into fixing that problem. You probably will not lose any customers over this but you will lose out on selling a lot of merchandise that is time sensitive for companies like mine.
