On April 1 @ 12:30 PM I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing an HP Printer DeskJet 6540 (Invoice #223163) from TURBOLED for $111.52.
TURBOLED charged my credit card within seconds, however, it's almost 3-weeks later and TURBOLED still has not delivered the same nor has TURBOLED refunded my $111.52! It’s like the transaction never took place. Although I am still out my money!
TURBOLED is to be considered as a distrustful, disreputable, contemptible, discreditable, disgraceful and a very dishonest internet business.
TURBOLED is tantamount of being a REAL despicable SCAM and does not deserve your trust and for sure your business!

It is difficult to send an email, have to follow weird procedures and do it twice. Cetting hold of them by phone is impossible -try it: you'll get a recodring every time - na way to leave even a message. All in all the worst exprience I've had in the net. I finally got hold of them after a week, but till today I haven't gotten my cable yet (it's been 7 weeks, nor a refund)"

"This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We placed an order on February 7, and still have not received our item. The company has not contacted us regarding this, and when we called them yesterday, only got an answering machine, even though it was during their regular business hours. We have sent two emails to customer service asking for an answer as to the status of our order; have never received a reply from either one. We just checked the status; the order is still pending. The credit card given is accurate, and valid. There appears to be no answers at all. It has been over two weeks since we ordered, and still do not have the item. Last week they told us it shipped Tuesday night. I called for tracking info since there was none on the site, and was told it shipped Wednesday night. The next day I called--again for tracking info as the number they gave me didn't exist--and was told it shipped Thursday, and was given a totally different tracking number. This is very unprofessional, and we will not recommend this company to anyone at anytime."
"We ordered an all-in-one printer from TurboLED, but when we set it up, the unit was defective. We checked HP troubleshooting, used printer-specific message boards, called HP tech support. The unit's optical sensors, which tell it that the cartridge door it shut, were not functioning. It's still taking repeated emails and calls to TurboLED to even get to the point where they'll exchange it, and they say no refunds. This is infuriating. Especially when it takes days for any response, which is usually them asking again for basic info we've given them. We are one step away from calling the BBB. And they are often not in the office, or do not answer their phone -- which is not an 800 number."

Order was fulfilled very quickly. But problems came from returning and refunding. I returned what I purchased with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and package was signed and received (from UPS tracking info). But I did not receive refund over next 4 weeks! I emailed them twice but never received response or explanation. Finally, I have to call my credit card to dispute in order to get refund. I'll not buy from this one again!
Shoppers, when shop at this store and return any package, follow procedure, get package tracking number."
