"No issue with the part I received but I had a few easy questions about the turbo I purchased so I called. Turbocharger pros is just a fancy website name with some false advertising regarding their knowledge of turbos. They really don't know a thing about the parts they sell. I also suspect this is a very small operation. Maybe just a few people. But like I said, no issue so far with the part, just don't expect any tech support if that is needed. "

Turbo arrived 3 days later at 5:30 pm. Had to postpone trip.lost two days fees at resort. Ups was no help either. Stated seller did schedule until day after purchase. I order at 1 pm. There time to get expedited. Will never use them again and have told friend not to his turbo from them. He bought from another source and had next day. Turbo itself looked good quality and was packaged. 5 stars for product Zero for CS and their shipping. Therefore the 2 star rating.
