"Received my package of turbocharger and did not see anything labeled as "installation kit". I tried emailing the email provided to me but the email kept bouncing back to me saying their mailbox was full and the delivery failed, and each time I called it went to voicemail. After not being able to reach the service department, I contacted the sales department to see if they could transfer me through or help at all and as soon as I connected to someone he said "I only deal with sales" and HUNG UP on me. I started an online chat on the website and the guy provided a different email address and told me to send pictures of what I received, the weight of the box, and a copy of what I paid / description page that was sent to me after the purchase. They wanted to make sure everything matched. Well, the box I received weighed 27 pounds and it should have been 35.36. So I questioned was that due to the missing installation kit they charged 41$ for. Turns out this charge was for a pair of white cloth gloves that do not even come close to fitting an adult mans hand, and a syringe. Both items do NOT in any way equate to 41$, they could be bought at the dollar store! They continued to go round and round with me asking for more pictures of the items, codes on the new turbo, etc. I sent everything as asked and their response was "we have to forward this to another department". That was a week ago and I heard NOTHING from them until I sent another email. After spending 850$ you would think service would be better."
"I was informed on 04/02/20 a refund check for $749.39 would be sent to us the next day (Friday 04/03/20). Today is 04/10/20 and I just spent 30 minutes on hold to be informed that our $749.39 refund check would now be sent out 04/16/20!!! Are you kidding me? "I originally purchased the wrong part due to a mix up in the paper work. But I received the correct part I ordered and they took it back with no problem. The next part came sooner than the first and it fit exactly. I could have used 2 more copper washers to replace all the banjo seals but I made due. All in all pretty good considering this is right in the middle of a Pandemic.
Drove the car to work tonight, everything still working. Thank you Turbocharger Pros"

"After receiving a email from this company stating that there is a problem with my order for the 2 turbos I purchased, I preceded to call them after speaking to the bank and the bank saying they got the money. After several calls, a voicemail which they suggested and a returned email which again they suggested on there recording and a total of 4 hours on hold between all the calls I finally got an actual person...YAY. Oh but wait too soon for the YAY. They proceeded to tell me that the purchase was flagged on there end for fraud. I run a business so I can appreciate them looking out for the consumer but here is where things really become aggravating. We clear up the whole fraud thing and they tell me they only have 1 of 2 turbos and it isnt even the turbo that was bad ���. I ask when one would be available the response was "I can send you OEM turbos they are $400 more for each turbo = $800 and an additional $250 core charge for each turbo = $500 for a additional total of $1300 on top of the $1409 they already had ����� The order was cancelled!"

"I purchased a part online and I received it 3 weeks later!
I called many times to ask for information about it.
Over many calles I spent hours on the phone..... never to be able to talk to a real person.
Then finally I got a real person and....he hung up on me.
I wrote several emails to no avail until I finally got a notice saying the part was.... on back order but they didn't state this when I bought it! If they had I would have purchased the part somewhere else.
My car in the shop 3 weeks thanks to useless TURBOCHARGER PROS.

"No "turbo pros" at this business. I have had 2 turbos from this place and they both failed in less than 300 miles. Different engines, different cars. Talked with Fred on the phone and he seemed to have little experience, Cody his manager would not make an exception as the warranty was up only a few weeks ago and they were out of stock. Great way to lose a repeat customer. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS THIS ONE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! Also spent 50 minutes on hold, only to be turned away. They could make it right...but my guess is they won't since they are clearly in the business of selling garbage and not standing behind it."
"I originally purchased a turbo for my medium duty Isuzu FRR on 10/30. When I first checked out turbochargerpros.com I found a reman turbo with a $300 core charge, the total being around $1300 but decided to call in to place the order so I could ask some additional questions. When I called I was assured that their parts are guaranteed to fit and come with all the necessary hardware to install. He placed the order, but I never received an invoice
When my mechanic received the order, it was just the turbo with no accessories. He was able to obtain or fab the necessary parts for a reasonable charge, and we went on our way.
Which was when we hot the next snag. There was no return label. When I called to get one sent, I was told that when the sales rep placed the order, he ordered the NEW unit that didn't include a core charge.
Since my truck was back working I decided not to complain since I didn't ever get an invoice I figured it was my fault for not double checking.
Fast forward 7 months to May when the turbo had a bearing failure. When I called in I was informed that they DO NOT cover the labor to install, nor towing incurred due to their failure. I even suggested a prorate of the cost of labor for the remainder of the 12 month of supplied warranty, which they wouldn't hear. I explained this to both Aaron, and his manager Josh, both of whom were clear and RUDE regarding the fact that this is their policy. When I spoke to their Manager Ryan I was informed of the same thing. I tried to let him know about the service I had received from their company and it became apparent that he had NO interest in hearing even after he admitted his job was to ensure and improve customer service.
Since he was not interested in improving their service for the next customer I decided I should probably let their potential customers know that they might look elsewhere for parts.

"terrible experience, this company has cost me so much money, its like a nightmare you cant wake up from. after the first turbo failure they made me pay to ship it back and would not reimburse me, then after it failed again they told me to send it, and then sent it right back and said sorry about your luck it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a three thousand dollar turbo and a fourteen hour install, I guess you will be ok if you get lucky and get a good one, but if you don't your screwed, this company does not stand behind their product, if your looking for a pricey part or if the installation is a bear then do your self a favor and look some where els"
"Watch out for the bait and switch. Ordered a rebuilt turbo and 2 days later they notify me they do not have a rebuilt on the shelf. They did offer to sell me a new one for what I already paid on the rebuilt turbo. With the rebuilt one I had a $50 core charge and $12 return shipping label. It saved me $38 from a new one, but then they argued with me about shipping. I had already lost 2 days on the non guaranteed free shipping. I really had no choice at this point and time. Classic BAIT and SWITCH, wrong and illegal."
