"First, a word about "the others." In this case, Panaxonic America. They didn't have the knowledge to ask me the right questions, and sold me a stylus for their turntable (SL-QL1) without asking if I had changed the cartridge. I had some years ago, and did not remember doing so. Blame that on a "Senior Moment!" When I called to say that the stylus they sent was incorrect, they said "send it back" and then referred me to an appliance site on-line. That didn't work, so I did a web serch and found your site. With a phone number!

I don't recall who I talked to, but he walked me through until we found the right stylus, about 15 minutes of time to get me navigated through the site.

I placed my order on the 17th and received my stylus on the 27th, a lot faster than I expected.

This needle was ordered and paid through paypal on Thursday afternoon and it arrived from the west coast to Kansas City in two days. It works great. The price was the lowest that I could find online and the free postal shipping was a non-issue with delivery within 48 hours. Could have paid for overnight shipping but it subsequently would have been a waste of money since it was Saturday before I could do anything with the stylus anyway.
