"I paid for 2 day delivery directly through their online site but this outfit just sent it ground through Amazon. Yeah they gave me refund on difference in shipping cost, because I pitched a fit, but I really needed the item. Still haven't received it. Not sure how the partial shipping refund makes up for anything.(Of course they owe that money back) But how about royally jacking me around. I would recommend just going to Amazon and finding someone else. Alot of online sellers really don't care one bit about their "customers". I'm sure they get stuff right but ultimately they aren't concerned with abstract concepts like "customer service". Their just taking orders and collecting money and not really concerned with whether the customer actually just maybe needed the item on time, despite the clue provided by the whole "expedited 2 day shipping" transaction. "Quick Service. I was looking for a set of headphones and settled for the Grado SR60's. A quick search revealed turntablelab as the best option. I wasn't sure about the shipping and e-mail them a question. I got my reply in no-time at all. After that ordering was a breeze. Order arrived with a couple of days. All the way from the USA to the Netherlands, which I found remarkable. I'm used to waiting for weeks on end for stuff I order internationally. Definitely wanted to leave a review, but couldn't find a place. So I e-mailed again, once again had a reply within hours. I registered at this site just for this review. That has to account for something doesn't it?

"TT LAB is one of the best sites and has awesome customer service. I've been ordering from them for a number of years and they have always been prompt, items come in great condition, and the reps, especially Bret, are overly helpful. REcently I ordered some dj furniture and me not being so adept with tools, messed up the hardware. TTL (Bret) contacted the company and got me what I needed at no charge. They are the best and i happily spend my money on vinyl, dj accessories, and furniture.
They are essential to the dj community. They rock.

The product infos were pretty comprehensive and the great thing about them is they ship internationally!
