"attempted a $1000.00 order through this store, placed my order on a wednesday night on their website. Order sat in pending all day Thursday (although pre-authorization to the credit card had been done).

Attempted to contact them on Friday, to find that noone in the store and sales person would be back on Monday. When asked to speak to someone else, there was noone else in the company.

Receieved and email over the weekend stating that I would be contacted on Monday, order would be straightened out and all would be made right (offered a $150.00 off the shipping, I was more than happy).

Monday morning passes, no call... I send an email to the Salesperson to inquire if my parts have even been ordered from the supplier. No infomation.

At 5:30pm on Monday, an email is receieved stating that the billing address is wrong, however since its the end of the day nothing more can be done.

Tuesday morning (after sending an email where I type out the exact address on the Credit Card), no contact from the store. Im doing alot of cashing these guys to give them 1K no?

No information except that the 3rd Party company will get back to them. I contacted Amex, who indicated all was in order, they had seen the pre-auth and indicated no problem and had indicated that the merchant (Turntablelab) only need contact them for verification.

4pm arrives and Turntablelab (after offering me half off shipping) cancelled my order since they arent able to call Amex.

Plain and simple laziness on the part of the sales team, no attention to detail and no initiative to do right by the customer.
