"I have come to this location before and bought car parts. The first time I bought car parts was a good experience. The guy gave me the online price which was very nice. But last time I was there a week ago, I didn’t have a good experience. First, I was standing at the line for a good few 5 minutes while the two women were chitchatting and completely ignored my presence while the guy at the cashier was busy on the computer. After a few minutes the car parts guy helped another woman who was not even in line. I protested to the guy but he claimed that she was first. After helping the woman and another customer and almost 20 minutes, he called me and I told him about the car part but he said that he was not going to give me the online price. I left without buying the car part and complained to the guest services about the whole thing. There are some good people working there so I am still going to come to purchase original parts. But I hope some workers would provide better customer service. "
