"I ordered a right hand molding passenger side for our 2008 Sienna Van. I paid the higher price versus after market so I would get the correct product that fit properly. I was sent the Part #75552-04081 Molding Roof Drip Side LH. I called that day (Saturday) and left a message. No response. I also sent an email same day. No response. I called again on Monday and got no response. Later in the day I called the operator at the dealer and asked for the individual (Brandon Carr) listed on the invoice. I was told he was at lunch. I asked to leave him a message to call me. I got no response. I finally called back for the third time and he graciously answered the phone. He did authorize the return of the incorrect part and did ultimately send me the correct part. There is no excuse for not returning phone calls and emails especially when your company has screwed up. Avoid them like the plaque."
