Provided With Incorrect Information On Ordering

"Hi
Not very happy with my experience.
Contrary to advise provided by one of your “gearheads” and a supposed check with the SWMotech website before I ordered, these mirror extenders did not fit my 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS and had to be returned. Further more while I was charged $97.72 for these extenders, I was refunded only $75.59. I do not know why I was shortchanged the $22.13 difference as the extenders were returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with the return postage code provided by Twisted throttle.
I would hope this issue can be resolved.

Where the hell is my stuff?

"They hardly ever answer the phone; when they do it’s like an inconvenience. Almost 2 months since my order that was listed as “will ship within 3-5 days” my stuff still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing."

Awful experience on multiple occassions. Terrible customer service. Attitude to boot!

"I'll start this by saying in the past I have had excellent relations with Twisted Throttle. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years and had always been pleased with the level of customer service I had received. The staff on the phone had always been super knowledgeable and overly helpful and patient. True professionals. Then my yearly shopping trip for new bike gear started around April as it does most years. Firstly, they had almost nothing in stock, like 1 of the 15 or so items I ordered. Then the expected ship on date wasn't until the end of May, almost a month and a half later. So, I wait, and wait and finally mid May things finally start trickling in. I had been mindful to check my bank balances while the parts were slowly trickling in. I noticed a $220 charge for my panniers, but nothing had shipped. So, I called to straighten it out and was told a manager would call back either that day or the next. No call for 3 days. Finally, I call back and demand to speak to a manager and was connected to one. After sounding short with me and having a fair bit of attitude, she assured me it would be taken care of. I watch the bank balance closely and after a week or so, nothing. So again, I called and was told there was no record of them cancelling the charge, NONE. The manager, after some snarkiness, again assured me it would be reversed. After 4 days, the charge reversal had showed up. So after the parts all show up and a month or so passes, I decide I wanted a different trim panel for my top case. I ordered what was labeled "top trim panel" for my model of top case. The listing had no picture and no real description but for all intents and purposes was the part I needed. It shows up and it is the wrong piece, a piece I didn't even realize could be replaced. So, I called again and was told it would be my cost to ship it back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call either that afternoon or the next day. 3 days pass and nothing. I called back again and after some serious tone of voice and attitude, I am assured that a manager will call me right away. 4 days passes and nothing. Nothing! I then call back for a third time and am again assured I will receive a call. That was a week ago and I have not heard a thing. I fully believe Twisted Throttle has rested on its laurels, hired cheap, young, not cycle-educated, youngsters who have very little skills in this field. They have also adopted the rest of corporate America's policies and carry no stock, drop ship everything, refuse to pay the salaries of actual "enthusiasts" and hired the next crop of millennials. I will try my absolute darndest to not spend a dime with them ever again. My riding company and many people I've talked to out and about have agreed that the service has fallen off and will look elsewhere for their shopping needs. Now that Twisted Throttle doesn't have exclusive distributing rights of the poplular Euro brands, shopping elsewhere is a lot easier than it was in years past."
