"After using Tyent for about 8 months I started having health issues, by that time I didn't think it was from the water I was drinking. My problems were getting worse. I went to a clinic in Germany for treatments and was away from Tyent water for 5 weeks. My problems started decline I thought because of the treatments. After I came back home and started drinking Tyent water the problems came back within a month. I tried to find the cause and the only thing I came up - the water!!!. We replaced the Tyent USA with Osmose Filtration system, which solved my whole problem within couple weeks my health was back to normal and since then I am feeling great. What a waste of money we've made?!?!? I still would like to talk to you and see if we can return this machine and get our money back."

We bought a used Tyent System and when we had an issue recently (3 years later) we contacted them, had to send it in ... we paid the shipping to send it ... they fixed it and shipped it back. When I wrongly put my Tyent2go in the dishwasher and it came out distorted in shape and wouldn't stand, they sent me a replacement. When a friend ordered a Tyent Ionizer they sent me replacement filters for my unit. I love my Tyent ... and I love Tyentusa.com."
