"The items were as per the site's description. First item (iPad BlueRay keyboard)arrived promptly from UBid within a few days. The second item (LED flashlight) was shipped from the originating supplier and took a week longer. UBid's shipment arrived perfectly with no problems and the keyboard works as promised. The other item arrived with a minor defect, but I'm handy, so I fixed it myself without returning it to UBid. "

"Most all orders were received within a reasonable delivery time. My last order was cancelled by UBID for a credit card verification, which is a good safety procedure. Except when they fail to notify the buyer to let Him/Her know in time to respond, and are unable to complete the Order. A hold should have been in place so when the verification is complete, the order will be fulfilled. I waited 10 days for a shipping # to appear, only to see the order cancelled. THIS IS A UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS, a more efficient way to accomplish this check, must be initiated so customers can still receive their items."
