"I won an HP Touchsmart i7 with a 3TB hard drive, 23" touch screen, and 16 GB hard drive. When the unit came in I was concerned about half of the hard drive not being visible. However, upon investigation, we discovered it was only 1.5TB hard drive.

I contacted uBid immediately. There only resolution was an $80 credit or return the unit for refund because they didn't have any of those units in stock.

The only problem was that they were still holding auctions for that exact unit!

I asked them to swap the items, but the best they could do would be give me an $80 credit to purchase an additional 1.5TB hard drive.

I returned the unit and I can't find another system comparable at uBid to replace "

"I am very satisfied with my Redtag order. My GE digital camera arrived much faster than was expected. My only disappointment was the owners manual. There was no instruction on how to charge it because nothing happened when I pressed the power button. This is my first digital camera. Also, my previous order was a MID 7" PC Tablet, and the instruction manual is useless. The print is the smallest I have ever seen. Really disappointed! It's also my first tablet and I will have to take it to someone who can show me how it works. "
