"Nope. Nope. Nope. Never in a million years should you use these guys. It's not that their service isn't good--it's adequate. It's that when they screw up, they don't do anything to make it right, and will argue with you about it. The first thing I had ordered, several rolls of stickers, took a few weeks to arrive. I didn't mind too much, since I didn't need them yet, but it did seem odd. The next thing I ordered was 2 different designs of 4x6 cards. I paid a mint for 1 day production and overnight shipping. They were ordered on a Wednesday and to be delivered on a Saturday. On Sunday, I hadn't received them and hadn't received an update, so called. The call center guy argued with me for 45 minutes about supply chain issues, etc., which would be valid if I didn't pay so much for a quick turnaround and didn't need them by Monday. In the end, one of the 2 items had shipped without them telling me, and the other one hadn't because they had run out of that type of cardstock. Why they wouldn't contact me to tell me I needed a different cardstock to have it in time (or why they would say they had it in stock to begin with!) is beyond me. At the end of the day, the product is fine. But the service is terrible, and the industry is crowded. Go with someone else. Anyone else.

Take 5-7 days for print, shipping cost 60 USD for 3 days shipping, just 3 small box. And still late. Deliver date is 11, today is 12 still not delivered at all.
Call online, no one listen. Chat online to ask cancel order, they won't accept.

The most important part of the flyer (the Business name, phone number and address) was so dark you couldn't read it. The bad reviews on this company should be taken as a caution that I wasn't smart enough to do because of their low prices. Their customer service is terrible, and their 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy is a fraud. Steer clear of this company, I have 2000 worthless business fliers and about the only thing they are good for are fire starters. Sad company to do business with.

"I really can't believe how bad their customer service is when they make a mistake. I have never experienced anything like it. It's actually weird how bad the service is. I ordered boxes and they printed them on the wrong side. OK fine -- just fix it; that's what you'd expect them to do. Instead, despite admitting the mistake and despite their website guarantee, they've never replaced the boxes or issued a refund. Every time I email about it, I basically get the same response: "I apologize for the long wait . . . . Please expect that call within the next 24 hours." I never get a call -- I don't even want or need a call; I just want the boxes replaced or a refund.
I do like their software, however -- so I guess that's what the 1 star is for. The overriding problem, however, is that if they ever make a mistake on your order, don't expect them to fix it or refund your money. That's my experience.

"My first one star review, but my experience with UPRINTING was THAT horrible!!!
Made an order on a Friday to be delivered by the following Friday (it was needed by Friday), received a confirmation email saying it will be received by Friday.
Package was delayed and not received until Saturday.
Called customer service, and was promised a quick resolution after they investigate what happened.
And instead of anything resembling follow-through, or a decent response, they changed their story and made up "unreasonable" reasons for the delay. Claiming that the delivery by date on the order is not to be an expected or guaranteed date. Wrap your mind around that!!! What's the point of all the different delivery by options then?
To add insult to injury, Instead of an apology and a FULL REFUND. They send a letter saying they will offer a 20% on a future order
BEWARE!!! DO NOT use this company under any circumstances!!!

"This was not a good experience. First the system would not accept my address so I had to call into customer service. The lady placed the order and I choose the 4 day shipping option. After I paid my $105 she then told me that I will receive my order in 7 days. I have a meeting next week and i needed these cards so I requested a refund so I can go to a local printer on Monday. So she did the refund and then once again told me AFTER that I will not receive my refund until 3-5 business days. So now I have no money to go print elsewhere and I have no cards so regardless I out for my meeting on Thursday. I have never even received an order from you and I already never want to order from you again. This is horrible and I have already messed up my new businesses reputation by not having material to present for my meeting."

"Spoke to customer support and decided on a 2 inch round sticker with my logo on it. I thought t would be easier than adding a hang tag to all the clothing in our shop. Stickers look great but the do not stay on the clothing at all. "
"These people are terrible, don't use them. They messed up our shipping order and then made multiple ridiculous requests to reconcile the issue...which has still not been reconciled! Their customer service is bare none the worst in the industry. I would recommend continuing your Google search for a decent printer before giving them your money."
"HORRIBLE- vinyl labels are to be water resistance if not water proof as well, thus vinyl not paper. These labels completely disintegrated from the vinyl part on top and all the design and color came off the vinyl when in a moist area, not even completely getting wet- I did ask about this on chat as well. Contacted and said I had to wait for them to find out which took forever. Then said wrong label and had to pay $275 to upgrade and they couldn't get it to us in time- We had already had orders and big orders labeled products and can't use the label because of there CRAPPY quality. USE Wizard Labels or Executive Labels DO NOT USE THEM- you will regret it especially if your using it for a business label and products."
