" I've owned an IT company since 1982. Customer support is my business. I ordered 2 usb A to mini B left right angle cables from USBFirewire.com. They have a full selection of low profile angled cables. I forgot to mention that I needed pin x on the mini usb connected, meaning I needed mini B female to male so all wires are hooked up. My mistake, not theirs.
When I called to arrange a return and to get the right ones shipped they said they would ship me a new set of cables and wouldn't require me to return the other ones! I reminded the support rep that it was my mistake and said I didn't want them to incur any expense and he insisted on sending me new ones for free anyway.
This level of customer care is practically unheard of these days. I predict they will go far and give them my highest recommendation. I wish I needed more cables now so I could give them some more business.

I bought a right angle Firewire but due to a website misprint the cable came the wrong length. I contacted USBFirewire.com, they apologized for the misprint and asked me to select any cable that would do the job. Due to the length I was looking for, it took two cables to do the job.
