They initially responded and asked me what battery my computer needed so I sent them a picture of my existing battery. Since then they have gone completely dark. "Before purchasing, I called to inquire about the size of the battery - if it would fit in the slot of my laptop and the charge capacity. I was told that it would fit, however, I wasn't told that it would stick out the back-end about one inch. This can be a problem with storage of the laptop. Capacity, I got about five and one-half hours out of it (I was told it would be 4 - 6 hours) so I was happy with the capacity."

They said they will re-send and that I should now should receive it on 7/28, but they have not sent me a confirmation that product has shipped or a new USPS tracking number. I still do not know if I will ever get product.
Finally received product ( 2 weeks) and got refund for postage. Product works well."
