After waiting two weeks for delivery I instigated a charge back with my credit card company since they were showing all the signs of being a scam. I tried calling USBPW SEVERAL times - at all hours of the day to ensure SOMEBODY would answer. Always had to leave a message. No call backs from them. The "chat support" on their website was also non-effective. No windows would open - or even attempt to. The tracking number they e-mailed me was non-existent according to USPS website - so no way to track. Of all things, a couple of days ago I received another e-mail that was identical to the first one a couple of weeks previous with one exception - the same identical tracking number was now a DHL number, not USPS. DHL stopped shipping in the United States in 2009! No one should invest any confidence in a company (if it really is a company) like this. "

"I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop from the company and it is poor quality. Now I try to receive replacement. In last couple weeks they promise me every day by phone and chat the battery already sent to me, but I did not receive the replacement after the month I sent them the broken battery. Looks like the company sell unconditioned items from recycling."
