"The ordering process was easy and the delivery time was better than I had expected. However, I did not order a new AC cord for the replacement power adapter since the old one is not damaged. when the new adapter came in, it would not plug into my old (two years old) AC cable. The reason was the old cable only had two pins but the new adapter required a three pin cable. When I called about this, the person I spoke to on your help line immediately understood the problem and mailed me a new cable that would properly connect. I guess the only thing that could be done better was for USB Phone World to make sure those with older lap tops know their old AC cable may not work whenever the order is being made."
