"I have been searching for a replacement battery for my beloved Toshiba Portege Ultrabook for a long time and was amazed when I finally found one advertised at USB Phone World. I called to verify that it was indeed the product I had been hoping for for so long. The gentleman on the phone assured me that it was. He told me it would be shipped the next day, but I didn't get confirmation that day so I called again. I was told that the fellow I spoke with was wrong about the ship date and that I would have to wait until Monday. OK, I get that; the guy must have forgotten that he was talking to me on a Friday, or he meant the next business day. When it did arrive I popped it in so delightedly hoping for the original battery life I had so enjoyed when my Ultrabook was new. No such luck; it lasts about 2 plus hours --half as long as the original. I'm pretty convinced that the battery I received was not a brand new battery, but probably a refurbished one... "

"USB Phone World sent me the wrong computer charger was difficult to get in touch with when I reached out to remedy the issue. When I did get in touch I was informed that they sent me a "comparable model." Problem is, the "comparable model" didn't fit in my computer. I am giving this company two stars instead of one because the owner contacted me and is giving me a full refund for the charger and the overnight shipping I paid for (totaling $50), but I cannot in good conscience give them any higher because it took seven months and a lot of ignored phone calls for me to get a refund. I do appreciate the owner reaching out to me, though. Better late than never!"
