"Ordered part on April 5th, order still has not been shipped. I called to ask for a status and they said "The purchaser has been notified. Product is being processed to ship."
What does that mean? I asked him that... Received same ambiguous answer. Don't buy from this company. I can understand being out of stock, but I expect a notice of that... at least when I call on the phone they could give me somethign to work with.

"I really don't care for their heavy sales pitch for add-ons during checkout. Same day shipping, 3-day shipping, dealer extended warranty, replacement warranty, cable, extra connector, separate driver, testing, etc... They have a disclaimer for everything and make it sound like you NEED $20 worth of extras on a $7 item.
That being said, I feel like I got good peripheral products at an excellent price. But, I still think I would be afraid to order something expensive from them. "
"Ordered a computer speaker setup on Sunday, still to this day have not received any response as to when the product will ship. After calling, customer service advised that it was normal to take 3 days to ship product. Something needs to change with your logistics company if it takes 3 days to ship product. 3 days now-a-days is too long, I could of easily gone to Newegg or Zipzoomfly and had the product shipped within a day or so. Won't be buying from again.
Update: 4/7/2004 - Still has not shipped, talked to customer service and was told it "should" go out today but she has no way of telling me for sure. Do yourself a favor, pay a few extra bucks and go with a reputable company, never US-DEPOT."

"I ordered a Toshiba SD-R5112 and a USB cable from them on 2/26; it was billed to my card on 3/1.
I checked their website on the 3rd, and they had my order, but not it's status. I checked again on the 5th, no change, so I gave them a call. the phone was answered quickly, by a female with a fairly heavy accent, but she was completely understandable. she informed me that the address on my credit card didn't match the shipping address, to which my response was "ok....." I figured this was some weird one-off problem, so I told them to just ship the card to my credit card address.
I just checked the site a little while ago (3/9) and still no change, so I give my credit card company a call to see if there is a problem, no the transaction went through fine, address's are all correct. I call the toll number on the webpage, and get a message that they will be open at a time which was 15 minutes before my call.
Finally got something besides an answering machine 1 hour after they were supposed to open. told me my order still had not shipped, because my zip code was bad; I had her read it off to me, informed her that I had called my bank this morning, and that was the proper address. she said she would contact the shipping department.
will check again tomorrow.
(3/10)Received e-mail confirmation the order had shipped, via fedex. us-depot had transmitted order info to them on the 5th, and it was picked up on the 9th, apparently it was picked up BEFORE my last call when I was told my zip code was bad.
(3/13) Received my order via FedEx. everything was there, and worked perfectly.

I ordered a dual fan 580 watt power supply; received a single fan supply (although the box said "double fan." I sent an email about it - no reply. Now, I really don't have that much of a problem with the descrepancy. Heck, $14 for that PS, you wouldn't expect all that much - except for a reply to my inquiry. That doesn't say much good about their customer service. I'd be a little careful of these guys. BTW, shipping was reasonably fast, and the price was as agreed."
