Now I have to ship it back at my expense and wait to see if they ship the right board. Called to try and resolve the issue but all I could get is an RMA #. Plus, the RMA return sheet states that they will check the product at $9.99 to see if its functional.Also, if I decline the order and try to get my money back i will have to pay a %15 restocking fee. I think this store is a big rip off and I don't know why the authorities have not checked them out. Plus, they have two addresses, one in Nevada where you place the order and one in California where you ship it back to.

"Let me just give the details about what happened during this process. It’s sort of long, but here’s
the bottom line. I ordered an Athlon XP CPU 2800+ along with a number of other computer
parts. All of the parts arrived except for the Athlon XP CPU. I called the company numerous
times, and they gave me the same response each time. They would ask me if the CPU was inside
any of the other boxes in the package. This went on for a couple days. After a while they figured
out that I had checked all the boxes and the CPU wasn’t there. When I contacted them again, I
told them that they had three options. One was to send out another CPU. Another was to refund
the difference of the CPU ($123.75). And the last option was that I package up everything and
then I would have the whole charge reversed when I sent it back ($402.25). I was put on hold for
a while, and then when the person returned, they told me that the difference of the CPU would be
refunded to my credit card.
I went ahead and ordered another CPU from another company because I was under the
impression that I would actually receive the money. After I received the CPU from the other
company I built the computer for my in-laws, took a vacation to Arizona, and gave the built
computer to them. When I got back, the refund still hadn’t gone through.I contacted them again and told them that if they didn’t
refund the $123.75 to my account, then I would contact the Better Business Bureau,
Resellerratings.com, pricescan.com, pricewatch.com, and any other company that would receive
ratings, and give them a negative rating because I never received my CPU and they weren’t doing
anything about it. I was told to call back in a few days. When I did, Steve the manager told me
AGAIN that they had filed the paperwork, and the refund was going through.
It has been a week and a half since the second time that they told me that I would get a refund for
the CPU, and I called my credit card company and they said they haven’t received any
correspondence from them. I called us-depot again, and they gave me the response that I needed
to package up everything and send it back so they could file a complaint against FedEx for the
missing CPU. They had told me this before, but each time I had talked to them, they had finally
said that they would take care of it and that I would get the refund. So far it has been over a
month, and I haven’t received a CPU, or a refund. "

Ordered on 12/17/03. Got emails confirming order and tracking number from USPS.
Only problem was that the package was delivered to Neptune, NJ - I am in Atlanta, GA!
Sent email reporting the problem 12/28/03. No repsonse.
Called 12/29/03 - after several transfers was told that they were sending a shipping label to the person who received it in error to re-send to me!!
UNBELIEVABLE! I told them that this was unacceptable, and that they should ship another directly to me. They said yes, but did they do so? NO!!!!
I finally recievd the package from the guy in NJ yesterday, 01/06/04. Horrible packaging!!!
