"I ordered a single custom shirt from uber prints. Unfortunately, the print area on my shirt is smaller than it looked online. Because the print area is smaller, my design didn't translate as expected. As result, I probably won't wear my shirt (it isn't flattering). Aside from the print area, everything else about my experience was great. The design software was easy to use, and my shirt arrived within a couple of days. I just wish the print area had been accurate. If I had known, I would have modified my design. "

"I ordered a shirt from Uberprints with a custom made design, and when I got my shirt the design was not how I created it. The design came out messed up. So I asked them for a reprint and guess what the reprint came back just how the first print did MESSED UP! I asked for a reprint for the third time and the shirt came back the same way MESSED UP. Smh! Very disappointed with there production. Three times my custom shirt came out messed up due to their production. Now I don't know where I will be making my custom shirts. But I deffintely wouldn't be ordering from uberprints and neither should you! "
"I purchased 4 customized t-shirts for a family trip. One of the t-shirts arrived with a rip on the right sleeve. The shirt was replaced by uber within a few days. After one wash the print on the replacement shirt came off in several places.
So we could continue on our trip, we repaired the first shirt and requested a refund for the 2nd shirt. After many unpleasant emails back & forth with Michael in customer service we decided just to wear our loss and treat this as an experience.
The customer service at Uber prints is one of the worst i have experienced and the quality of the products in this experience was extremely poor.
I purchased 4 x $33 shirts, which you would expect to be of a reasonable quality. These were far from any quality i would expect for the price.
I was a returning customer of Uberprints but after this experience would never use Uberprints again.
I hope others will learn from my experience.

"Short and simple if your looking for something new and fresh Uberprints.com is the place to go. The shirts are a good quality and the print is a great quality even after washing it. The shirt did not shrink and the print didn't fade but I only washed it twice. Now the shirt I ordered was a little on the thin side but its great for summer time. Now the price was a little up there compared to other places but you know how it goes you get what you pay for...And above all the shirt shiped on time. "

"I have to admit that doubtingly concerned that this would be a cheap t-shirt when I received it in the mail. I played around with my design for weeks. Then still reluctant to which one to choose for my first order. Then, the July fourth came around and had some down time to tweak my design. Ordered two t-shirts to see how they would come out. Wow, totally shocked. for three main reasons. One, the ordered was processed and shipped within three days. Two, the packaging was professional within separate bags and cardboard in between the folds. Three, my design looked just as it did from there template. "I've done a couple orders of custom shirts for our very popular youtube channel... for fan use, personal use and crew use. The logos, colors, etc came out exactly as planned/designed... and with NO crunchy iron on junk, no weird edges, etc as I've seen in other on demand shirt printing. I'm very happy. Additionally, we received the orders super quick as we did digital on demand printing. I was impressed with the quality of the print. The first order we did had shirts that were too thin for my liking... but then we switched to the Canvas and they were a little softer. They have a lot of option...be sure to talk to a tech person for what you need on feel, look, fit, etc if you aren't sure. I ASSUMED blends would be super soft, but each shirt brand has it's own vibe. I was also impressed with the amount of time and helpful customer service. "I ordered a shirt that had "Justice for Holli "on the order it shows to have the design in purple, yet the one I received is a dark pink. I was told they would get it right but ,same thing,very unhappy and dissatisfied with my shirt. "
"I decided to print an original design for a few close friends. My nephew owned a silk screen shop for over 30 years, but I always wanted to compare DTG quality to screen prints. I thought that the ease of utilizing my artwork was extremely efficient through the UBER programming. My order was only for 4 shirts and price wasnt at all a concern, but I thought from what I know of small quantity printing that it was in line and acceptable. My order was received at my home in a minimal amount of time, but when it was opened, only 3 shirts were received. I replied to an UBER email and relayed the problem. Within a half hour, I received and apologetic response and an assurance that my missing order would be reprinted at no charge. Within another half hour, an order was confirmed to have gone to print. That order was printed that day, shipped immediately following and received in two days at my home.
Errors and mistakes are human flaws. It's how quickly and efficiently they are corrected that matters. UBER handled the problem as well as any company could be expected to do and for than I commend their staff.
BTW, the shirts themselves were of high quality and the DTG images were better than I ever expected them to be.

"Ordered shirts after getting assurance that if I paid additional fee for 2nd day air we'd have our shirts for an important marketing event. Due to a mistake on Uberprint's part the production time was delayed.
Did they they take responsibility for their mistake and pay a tiny bit more for overnight shipping, assuring an enthusiastically happy customer? Nope. They went ahead and shipped via NORMAL shipping (so the shirts arrived 5 days after the event was over) knowing the shirts would be too late for the event.
Strange business decision! But not just that. We didn't need the shirts so, at their suggestion, we sent the package back unopened. Now waiting for refund. Loss for us. Loss for them--financially (our order totaled hundreds of dollars) and in reputation and good will. Major fail. "
"I ordered my shirts online from Uberprints and it was pretty easy. I was worried my image would not turn out as good as the image online. But crossed my fingers. I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. Once I ordered, I received a confirmation and realized I had put in the wrong size for myself. I immediately emailed customer service to tell them of my size error. I received a email the next day from customer service and they told me it was no problem and they made the switch. I received my shirts quickly after my order, and they turned out cute!! The image was exactly as the color image online! After opening my boyfriends XL....i realized it was a little TOO big. There are descriptions of the sizing online, I guess I just trusted what my boyfriend thought he was. Either way, I sent an email out to the team and asked them what I could do to fix the problem, and not break the bank. They were amazing and gave me a great discount so I could order the correct size (a large) and all was taken care of easily on the phone. I wanted to give this company a shoutout for making this process easy and for the great shirts. Great customer service is what sets this company apart along with their awesome product. Thanks!"
"I was hesitant on ordering from UberPrints because the reviews were either horrible of fantastic. But I had a simple design and decided I'd give it a try. My shirt had a sentence on the front and a sentence on the back. I made the shirt for a friend's birthday so I ordered it on a Tuesday night and received the shirt in the mail on Monday (so six days later). The shirt sizes run a little bit but nothing major, make or break. The lettering was clear, you could read it and it didn't look like there'd be any problems with it wearing off, peeling off or anything. The colored font did look a bit more delicate so pick colors wisely, the white looked "safer". For the price, quality and the speed that the shirt got here; I'm happy. I don't think I'd print a picture off or s large design but for a simple and fun project, I'd use them again. Plus, UberPrints was cheaper than Zazzle- their reviews were worse too. I don't think I could say I LOVED UberPrints but I did like them. So I'd rate them four stars because they're a good company but I don't know if I'd say they're the best. "
