"I had a design for a Halloween preview get together the first weekend in October. Several other companies exist for this sort on demand garment decoration, of course, but I really liked the interface which lets you scale an image and tells you the size compared with something like theprintful.com which doesn't do this. The preview is artifacted and the size looks wrong on Printful, so I went with Uberprints.
Well, the front of the shirt was just right, if maybe a quarter inch off from left to right, but the back was missing almost all of the white in an image that was black and white.
I got in touch with Anna at CS over the phone who told me to snap pics and send them over. I did so with the promise of possibly getting it overnighted so I'd have it Saturday.
Well, the email response I got was that overnight wasn't in the cards.
Specifically, "We could reprint and get it to you by Monday or we could issue you a full refund."
When you (the customer) spend half the value of an order to get a product shipped in a hurry, your (the company) CS dept needs more leeway to get stuff done to keep customers when that goes wrong. A standard issue cotton jersey Gildan tee, size L, costs about $2. With all overhead, you may be looking at 3-4x that to have the thing produced and out the door. That's still a 300% markup. Those are jewelry numbers you guys.
So the fact that the response wasn't "We'll have that out to you by Monday AND issue you a full refund (including shipping)" says to me that your company has their priorities misaligned and are willing to trade paid Google ads for new business and turn someone off who has already given business. There comes a point where online reviews and word of mouth make each and every customer acquisition that much harder, that much more expensive. Then there's a tipping point where it's impossible, and a company is like "What just happened here?".
And when you drive away a new customer in a business with an absurd product markup, you demonstrate something more than 'keeping costs in line', you demonstrate greed. Best of luck, Uberprints.

"I previously used UberPrints for a custom made t-shirt for a friend's bday gift and for a small batch of shirts (6 total) for a party. On both occasions the items were created to my exact specifications and the turnaround time was impeccable! Sometimes arriving in as little as 3 days from when I placed the order so when it came time to order 17 custom T-shirts for my best friend's bachelorette party they were my go to. Somehow my billing and shipping address got mixed up and the shirts were delivered to the wrong address and pretty much lost in the abyss of the U.S. Postal Service. I realized the mistake 3 days before I was scheduled to leave for the party and was in a complete panic. I contacted Uberprints on Monday and the customer representative was just so helpful. I don't remember her name but I was a little short with her as again I was in a complete panic. She continued to be perfectly pleasant and created another order for the shirts and had them overnighted with no additional cost to me. I received them on Wednesday just in time as I was leaving the next day. They were just so awesome and helped me avoid a complete disaster! I just wouldn't have known what to say to 16 girls that had prepaid me for shirts that I didn't have. The shirts were awesome and looked so cool during our citywide scavenger hunt in Washington DC!!! They provide a great service! I will always look to them for my custom print needs. You should too!

"Customized my 3 year old's Superhero Party shirt 2 weeks in advance. The first shirt I received had black and white ink spots on it so I washed it, one time only according to the directions. Turns out the ink was still there and now there was a tiny hole in the shirt already! All I did was wash it. Contact CS, they said they can do a reprint for 50% of what I originally paid, I said no since it their error. They sent a reprint and even as a courtesy, gave me a size smaller since the one I had order was a little big. BUT when I received it, it looked nothing like my design. Everything was printed smaller when there was plenty of space on the shirt to make it bigger. It wasn't even like what I customized! There is only 4 days before the party and now I have to find another shirt elsewhere for my 3 year old. Thanks a lot UberPrints, I WON'T be returning nor would I recommend your company!"

"I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend and received it uber quick! (pun intended) There was thread under the print which left large black line in the print so I e-mailed them and sent a picture. They immediately responded and sent in for a reprint at no charge and since I also asked for a different size in the original email they even changed the size for me!
