"I placed an order for two items. One arrived okay, the other arrived poorly put together and the print design horribly messed up.
I contacted customer service via email, and was told to send photos. After sending the photos, they agreed the other shirt was poor quality and said they would send a replacement immediately. I made the original purchase on 8/31 and its now 9/11 with no replacement.
It's been a week since they said this, and have now been ignoring all correspondence and refuse to give me a refund for the poor product.
I can deal with a poor product and having it be made right, but this company is a complete sham if they are choosing to ignore emails and calls. I want a refund for the $33 product I purchased. That's it.
Did I forget to mention they were supposed to reprint 6 days ago?
Will never purchase from here again, and next call is to my bank to refute charges. Always lovely!"

"designed a t-shirt with text on back and purposely shifted text to mid-back (according to design example/picture, the 1st line of text started approx. level with the bottom stripe on sleeve) to account for my shoulder length hair...shirt arrived with text moved all the way back to within 4 inches from the collar which will be covered by my hair and paid extra for 2nd day shipping and too late to correct....$50 custom t-shirt should look pretty darn close to the custom design or why bother? bummer"
