"I ordered a long sleeve shirt with a simple design for about $35. My thought process for the price was that since the design of my shirt is quite simple, the material of the shirt must be high quality. No. It's not. It's very thin, cheap material. My undershirts have nicer material and I bought a 3-pack for $10 in downtown LA. When I got my Uberprints shirt, it came with an ink blot and other little marks. So I called them and the lady told me to wash it with cold water and if it didn't work, they'd send me a new shirt - free of charge. Customer service is good, at least. However, I don't think I'll be using Uberprints again."

I first chose UberPrints because I only needed one shirt made and had a hard time finding a company that would only let me order one. I love the wide selection of shirts for men and women (and so do my clients!) and that they have a lot of trendy cuts and styles to choose from. It's very easy to upload my artwork to the site, place it in the template, and order. I also love that there are discounts when ordering higher quantities. My shirts always come out looking great. I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future and would highly recommend them!"

"The website was easy to use and I was able to create everything using my iPhone and a kindle. Once the order was placed, I received an email from a representative telling me that I had an issue with the size of the logo. The rep told me my options and the problem was resolved quickly. After I submitted my order, I got an email saying that I had accidentally included an extra color and that they'd be able to make the same shirt for a lower price for me. "I ordered a batch of print T-shirts and the product description said "100% cotton T-shirts" on the order page and I chose a darker blue color. The order arrived and the shirt was 50/50 cotton polyester and in a much lighter blue. When I contacted customer service I was told that the "fine print" on another part of the site said that certain T-shirts are 50/50 "Sorry." and the colors on the website don't match the colors on the T-shirts "Sorry." and I was offered 25% off a new order (which of course I won't use because that's insulting.) I won't use this company again. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star was because my design resembled what I gave them and they delivered promptly."

"I ordered 4 Large and 3 Extra Large shirts, the first order I received was awful. I washed them inside on cold and the ink came out and left all my clothes speckled in paint. I contacted customer service and they sent me new shirts, only they sent the wrong sizes. I received 3 Large and 4 Extra Large shirts because they had the wrong labels and the Large and Extra large were switched. I contacted customer service yet again and they said they would send me Large shirts. I get the order (for the third time) and realize they sent me 4 Extra Large shirts when all I need is a Large. Will not be ordering from again - they need to get their stuff straight. "
