"Ordered a refurbed Phillips 200P6EB 20' Monitor from Uncle Vic's. The monitor that I got this past Friday 2-12-10 was the refurbed Phillips( both monitors were grade A) 200P7EB 20' Monitor which is upgrade from the 200P6EB. Uncle Vic sent me a much better monitor which I was able to go to Phillips website and download drivers for Windows Vista. There are no Vista drivers for the 200P6EB.
I noticed that the 200P7EB monitor was not secured to the base due to a missing a screw. Called Uncle Vic and spoke to Dan and he was doing his best to work with me on the problem. Dan willing to give me a refund or send me another monitor. Well, I went over to Ace Hardware a brought a .19 screw for the base. Called Dan and told him the result. Needless to say that I am happy with the monitor so far and give Dan thanks for willing to work with me to solve the problem.

I recently ordered a refurbished PS3 from UncleVic and I am pleased with my experience. This is my first time ordering from them and I will definitely be doing business with them again.
Their prices are unbeatable if you are shopping for game consoles. You cannot find a better deal anywhere else on the net except maybe ebay and most of the deals on ebay aren't refurbs.
Shipping was a bit of a process because the company is closed on weekends and I placed my order on a friday. I contacted the company through email and they were very quick to reply and notify me of what was going on. Most companies would just ignore you. Good customer service!
When I received the item, it was packaged VERY NICELY. I was very pleased about how much care they put into wrapping the PS3.
Another plus to using UncleVic is the fact that they almost always have some sort of coupon that you can apply to your order. This was a big deal for me because they tell you right on their homepage if there is a new coupon to use. Their twitter page also has coupons.
Good Company. Excellent Experience. Will Buy From Again. Recommend to anyone looking to buy electronics.

"Made a phone call to Uncle Vic to find out how they refurbish their xboxes. Spoke with a really helpful fellow and decided to order one. Alas, when it came it did not connect to the internet. I called Uncle Vic again and spoke with Dana & several other helpful guys to see if this issue could be resolved, but the decision was that the xbox was broken-they sent me a lable to return it. They have received it and I am now awaiting a replacement xbox. Will followup this review.
1/28/2010 Received a call from Danny Myers of the Uncle Vic Team. Danny was very kind and helpful. He arranged for another xbox to be sent to me by UPS 2nd day & included some nice bonuses to make up for my disappointment. Danny also said that he would have the xbox completely checked out before its sent to me. This is wonderful and I am very pleased. At the moment, I am quite happy with the attention I've received from the Uncle Vic Team! When I receive and use the xbox I'll complete this review.

"Found this site by chance when looking for a replacement XBOX.
At fist was not too sure about them so after a few review searches and all positive comments I took the chance on them.
I also call their customer support to see if there was a real contact number.
I got the XBOX at the lowest price I have seen, picked it up at their will call center (Very cute girl at the desk!)
Service was professional and they added a few extra games and a controller stand for free!
So far the XBOX has had no problems and I will keep going to their site 1st for any electronics I need.
They don't have a large selection yet but the stuff they have is all top notch and at amazing prizes.
