"I recently ordered a refurbished Xbox 360 from UncleVic.com. Although the original shipping was delayed, I received the item in good condition and was satisfied.

More importantly, though, when the Xbox suffered a hardware issue shortly after receipt, I contacted Uncle Vic support and was extremely impressed with the prompt and cheerful assistance. I received a return authorization the same day, shipped the unit back on Friday and received a replacement unit on Tuesday - fantastic service and turnaround.

"Ordered a refurbished IBM L201p monitor around 10am EST 4/12/2010. At 5pm EST, received request for authorization form to be filled out and faxed in for because I choose to ship to an address different than my billing address. Minor inconvenience but an acceptable security measure. At 8pm EST, received a phone call stating that the monitor was not in stock. I was very disappointed, especially after filling out and faxing authorization form, seems like they would have figured that out first. The rep that called me offered me an "upgrade" to an Asus VH203T monitor of much lower resolution (20" Wide 1600x900 vs 20" 1600x1200). Rep was not familiar with what he was offering me and had to look up the resolution of the monitor when I asked. Also said they would give it to me at the same price and they would pay the difference, which was $5. Rep told me to check my email that night and let me know what I wanted him to do. The next day, I had not yet received the email as promised so I posted this review here. Received a call from same rep apologizing for not getting back to me yet. Offered a few other monitors up to a value of around $100 greater than what I purchased, none of which fit my needs. A day later rep called and had ordered more of the L201P monitors and drop shipped one to me. Received it 4/19/2010. Overall rep went above and beyond what I expected after my initial disappointment, but I'm not sure if I would have gotten the same response had I not posted here. "
