"I placed an order on May 21st for three pairs of lenses (or beause of their new order system, 6 lenses.) That night, I revieve an email stating that one of the lenses was out if stock due their last one being 'Damaged' and asking me what I would like to do. Very important: My prescriptions is a -4.75 . I needed these len's fast so I ordered a -5.00 due to-4.75 being out of stock. Fast forward to June 20th, I still have not recieved the package despite recievinf the shipped out email and tracking number on time a month ago. I go to check, only to find out the tracking number does not exists and the package was never shipped out. Cue me emailing, to which I recieved no responses ever. I tried emailing directly, replying again to the email THEY sent me, and filling out their contact form on their site. A total of 8 attempts, all ignored. Later in june, I suddenly recieve an email saying that "good news, the -5.00 has been restocked and they can
ow proceed eith my order". NEVER did I give them petmission to gold my order for a restock. I told them to switch it to a 4.50. Not once did they ever send me an email informing me they were waiting for a restock, nor do i recall that being an option. I did not consent to my order being held for a resrock, as i needed IT FAST. Immediately i replied ans told them since they have ig ored all my communication attemots and apparently waited for a whole resrock to happen against my wishes, to please change it to a -4.75, which is now in srock and defeats the purposes of me having ordered a -5.00 to begin with. Finally, I leave a comment about this on their Instagram to warn others about the lack of communication and the failure to provide the items. They immediately get back to me, and start claiming that there was a 'misunderstanding' and every single of my emails and contact forms went to spam. I do not believe this for one second, as how could responses from their own contact form, from an account that has placed orders, go into spam. They then claim that be ause they have already now shipped the package, it is too late to make any changes ans they will only provide me with the correct lens after the package arrives and I 'kindly' provide a picture of the -5.00 cut up, at which point they'll ship a new one which would result in me having to wait AGAIN, essentially meaning I would not recieve the lens until August. I replied back outright telling them this was unacceptable as I had gone to every length to contact them, and not once had they had the permission to wait so long to ship the package in the first place. They reply again, this time offering to refund the whole order, but again, if they do they 'kindly request' that I then provide them with Pictures of all the lenses once they arrive cut up for their 'record keeping purposes'. I lost it at this, telling them that it was not my responsibility in this situation to be 'earning' co ornsation, nor should it be on me to be providing things for their records when they have done nothing but mess up this order, and that any co many that cared about their customers would not be making demands like this and treating all their customers like scammers just to recieve a product that they paid for, didn' recieve until it became redundant, and then still refused to help. Their response to this was to delete my account entirely. I have put up with Uniqso less then seller customer service for so ling because I liked a few of their lenses, and I genuinely cannot believe how greedy and unproffesional of a company you need to be to allow a situation to escalate this much. Please, there are so many other decent and caring contact lens providers. Use them. Uniqso needs to learn."
"It's been a month since I placed my order (20 days since I contacted customer service and received no reply), so I'm confident that I can leave a bad review now. Literally 0 updates, tried contacting customer service in every way I could but like I said got no reply. That's $24 down the drain I guess?"
"I had ordered 3 items, a wig and 2 eye contacts. I paid the 5-10 day shipping fee as I wanted to use them for Halloween, the cost was $60.00. That is not what I am upset about however.
I had received the wig about 6 days in, makes sense I live in Alaska. But no eye contacts, so I emailed them after waiting another couple of days as Halloween was in 3. I asked if my order was on the way, as I had already received the wig but no contacts.
Dead silence, and I understand, they were most likely overloaded however they still to this day have not contacted me. I sent one more email the day before Halloween and one today (November 4th) saying I would like to cancel, the order has still not been shipped accoring to their website.
Now I will wait to see if they respond at all.
At this point their credibility is down the drain and I see this company as a scam.

"Ordered 2 sets they sent me 2 sets of each if I payed for that the price was insanely cheap. Shipping took between 2 and 3 weeks from Malaysia which I was expecting it to take longer considering. I know sometimes it can take 4 to 8 weeks so plan accordingly or pay for faster shipping."

"The website is fairly easy to use, although I had to keep refreshing the page in order to see the reviews. Paying/shipping was a little confusing. APO/FPO is on the list but when choosen an error message pops up saying shipping is unavailable. The tracking numbers I was sent aren't exactly working either"
"Uniqoso sent 3 packs of lenses in 3 diffrent packages- now they are being held at customs and will prolly pay for multiple of them, as they were sent week apart without any delay being mentioned on the site and I have not received notification or mail asking how i would prefer to have it sent - I would rather wait linger but get one package instead of 3 packages with 1 pair of lenses stuck at customs."
