"The shipping is kind of a problem for most people because they deliver stuff sometimes on the wrong address and take to long, but for me yes the shipping a little long but you still end up getting what you order and they are so kind when you have a question or doubt, please reach them they will treat you amazing."
"A small rant:
I purchased 3 sets of contacts with the intention of getting the dragon eyes for a character, i chose the option "if something cant be shipped or they dont have, to email me."
It went smoothly until i havent heard from or seen where my package was. I can understand a bit of a delay from covid. After 2 months i got an email stating that my package is out for delivery. When i opened the package it only had 2 of the 3 contacts, neither were the dragon eyes which i was upset about. They did give me a refund on the dragon ones, but i needed those for a convention this month and wasnt given an email about it not being delivered or out of stock.
Overall my previous purchases were so good and the quality of contacts doesnt hurt my eyes when wearing so I usually trust them and continue to order. "
"This was last year in august, I had ordered two pairs of contacts. One was on clearance and the other was the Barbie black ones. I had a cosplay convention to go to in November so I thought that’d be plenty of time for it to arrive. But three months passed with no updates; I emailed the help center after the convention and explained. It was very helpful and my order was most likely lost, but with COVID going on at the time I could understand why. They refunded the order and I still buy from this company. :) so long story short- if your worried about it being sketchy I’d just get the “ insurance” and a tracking app like AfterShip. And track your package through there. Worst case scenario they’ll refund you. Love this company, and the customer service is great. Looking forward to my most recent order! :D"

"I have not received my order. Shipping times are not honored. The shipping protection you have to pay extra for does not guarantee deliveries in the timeframe shown. I will be returning the items as they are not arriving in time for the event I needed them for. I doubt I will be able to return. "
