"The website is super easy to navigate and understand, I will admit I am highly new to cosplay and what it all entails. Payment was simple but had many different options of how to pay. The only reason for the 4 stars under overall satisfaction is due to some complexities with some things being very close together or small (on mobile, cannot speak for pc) otherwise great!"
