"I ordered from uniqso because i have heard amazing things about the quality of their products and the kindness of their staff. The contacts were relatively low in price which I appreciated. But I paid $18 extra for the fastest shipping option and two days or so after I ordered I received an email about the package being suspended for some reason. It was confusing and when I emailed the help email for some clarification I was replied to with a simplified email about how FedEx bought the shipping company they were sending my contacts through. That was it. No explanation as to why my package won’t continue going through the motion to be delivered. I hope to receive my package soon as my contacts I ordered are to replace my others that are no longer working.. Hopefully the quality of the contacts outweighs the hassle of sending emails back and forth! I look forward to receiving my package and being able to be another happy customer."
